Over the years, I repeatedly needed physical therapy of spine problems and pain related to computer work. About a year ago, my pain took a turn for the worse with tingling and numbing throughout my whole arm. While the physician were trying to pinpoint the root cause, I started PT at NC physical therapy. I have been going there for a year now. Everybody is very friendly, and most importantly, the therapist are very knowledgeable. What sets this PT place aside from other places is their whole-body approach. After all, what is the point of PT if you fall right back into your usual habits once the PT course is over? I am certainly guilty of it, life just takes over. The NCCPT offers a "Fit to Live" program and eventually I was curious enough and signed up. There are different options, I selected the one-on-one once a week training. As your trainer is a physical therapist, the trainer will design the program specifically to your needs and pay extra attention to your areas/body parts prone to injury/ pain. I am really glad I joined and will continue, I definitely feel stronger a day more attention to my "bad" postures and movements. My trainer also helped me recover from the surgery I eventually needed to release my compressed nerve. I also get a monthly program for exercises at home that is tailored to me. It keeps me motivated to work out, it gives me the little nudge I need. The whole team at NCCPT is also very accommodating, they understand that work and personal life sometimes require adjustment of appointments and will work with you to find a solution. So, if you need some help with pain or injuries, please check NCCPT out. They offer many other opportunities besides the Fit to Live program, nutrition advice, body balance classes, recently a running program..., as I mentioned before, the NCCPT is more than just place where you go for 40 min.

Everyone here is so great! The receptionists and physical therapists are so friendly and professional. They helped me so much with my shoulder pain. I would definitely come back here if I ever need pt again.

My experience in this office was very positive, from the interactions with administrative staff and the PT who worked with me. Hunter was attentive to my concerns, thoughtful in his clinical approach, and he provided therapies that helped my condition improve. I plan to follow up with him again when I need an excellent physical therapist.

This practice is fantastic. Wonderful in every way. Abby is knowledgeable, patient, and realistic in her treatment plans. These PTs have helped me rehab a knee after kneecap dislocation and a lower back after a disc issue and the never-ending demands of picking up young children. I chose to go to this practice over other larger groups in the area because they are so patient-centered and laid back. I wish that we had more local, independent healthcare practices like this one. Also, if you do not want to ring the bell and make a big deal out of your “graduation” they will let you slip out quietly with very little fanfare :)

Love this place! Kyle has helped me tremendously with my headaches, neck and shoulder pain. I went from having daily headaches to maybe a mild one every other week. Their entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I just joined their Fit2Live program and I'm excited to continue my wellness journey here!

Had a great experience here. Everyone works really hard to make you as comfortable as possible by explaining everything they are doing and listening to feedback. I mainly worked with Kyle but had several appts with others in the practice and would rate them all very highly. The best part is each person I interacted with genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and wanted to do their best for each patient.

NC Center for Physical Therapy is awesome! I have been there for several different problems and have had positive results each time. The PTs are very competent and caring and the Fit2Live program is great. My husband has also been seen there and we both highly recommend!

I had a great experience at NC Center for Physical Therapy. I went in for knee pain and left 4 weeks later pain free. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been to PT here before with various physical therapists and have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good PT.

If you are looking for a coach who truly understands the intersection of physical therapy and elite performance, look no further than Kyle Edwards. I’ve been working with Kyle for the past six months as part of his Fit2Live program to prepare for a HyRox fitness competition, and the results have been incredible. Kyle brings a unique perspective to coaching; his background as a physical therapist means every movement is analyzed for both efficiency and injury prevention. Throughout the HyRox prep, he provided a perfect balance of challenging programming and recovery-focused adjustments. Whether it was improving my engine for the running segments or refining my technique on the sled pulls and wall balls, his coaching was precise and effective. I can’t recommend Kyle and the team at North Carolina Center for Physical Therapy enough. If you want to hit a personal best while ensuring your body stays healthy and resilient, this is the place to be
